What is Boot Camp Buenos Aires? Boot Camp Buenos Aires is you, improving your
own fitness with an international community, using the most refreshing parts of the
city as your outdoor gym. Group training sessions (in English and Spanish) are strategically designed to optimize your individual fitness level in an authentic and fresh way by incorporating calisthenic exercises, strength/resistance training, aerobic conditioning, functional movements, and TRX systems. Personal Training Sessions
are also available.
